Devices not showing on switched networks

I have a switched network(vlan)(Buffalo BSL-PS-G2116M) with a cisco RV320 and a netgear wireless router stubbed as an AP.

Itunes is on Windows Pro 64 bit 1000/mb - vlan 30

The following is on the stubbed netgear wireless router(bridged)

Atv is on wireless-N vlan 40

Ipad is on wireless-N vlan 40

Itouch is on wireless-G vlan 40

The itouch can play on the atv while the atv can't see the itouch.

The PC and atv can't see each other

The PC and the itouch can't see each other,

The PC and the IPAD can't see each other.

The IPAD and atv can't see each other

Now the purpose of switched networks and especially vlans is to limit broadcasts.

I assume Apples home sharing uses broadcasts to find the other devices.

does anyone know of a work around on this? Forget the idea of using a hub.

This is a highly tech environment but this should not be a problem?

Also a radius server may be installed in future for security.

Thanks for the brain cells
