After installing the new update when I put the iPhone 4s on charge it shows its charging but it is ACTUALLY NOT CHARGING and my phone has been on charge for whole day still DEAD!! Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Please help!
Reset the phone and see of this fixez it.
Reset the iPhone by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the device start up.
I did that last night even restored everything on iTunes nothing worked!! now my phone is completely dead 😟

It really would have been helpful if you had said that to begin with. Take the phone to an Apple Store and have them look at it.
update to IOS 7.1.2 phone will not charge its completely dead !
