popup window won't appear, even after allowing website in IE 10's popup blocker

I have tried desperately to download iTunes onto my Win7 computer, but even in Google Chrome 35 & IE 10, the popup window refuses to appear, & therefore I cannot download iTunes. What else is causing this? Is there a direct download link that I can email to myself to download iTunes? My iPhone 4s is almost full, & I need to take off some files to allow more room.

I have disabled AVG & Zone Alarm, & allowed popups from www.apple.com on IE 10 & Chrome 35, & the popup window still does not appear. Does anyone have any solutions?

I'm using Chrome 35 (latest build):

Go to http://www.apple.com/itunes
Click on the green Download button (top right).
On the next screen, click the Download Now button
The installer should download immediately - no pop-up window - by default it'll be saved in C:\Downloads.
