Flash Player update doesn't work -

I had already uninstalled, re install and it stuck retrieving in the installation.

Error try again and it doesn't help doing that 5 time already. OSX 10.9.4 and flash update 14

The latest version is Version 14.0.0.145 at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. Are you sure you're trying to install that, since update 14 doesn't make any sense. BTW, what do you mean update doesn't work?

You cannot have an open browser, or System Preferences Flash panel when installing Adobe Flash Player.
