Iphone 4s won't ring, vibrate or text sound. Not on mute.

I have made sure the Mute button is off, all the settings are to where the ring and text sounds, vibration should be working. The slide volume bar in settings are maxed and play the sounds while adjusting. I have reset the phone through holding the top button and home button together to the silver apple and no luck.The click sounds when closing the screen work as well as the Alarms.
