iCloud password problems

So, I know my password but it says that I have to reset it and tells me to go to iforgot.apple.com there i tried answering the security question but I don't remember one of it "What is your favorite children’s book?" so I tried a couple of times with the hope of getting the other 2 questions which I know the answer of. Now it says my iCloud is disabled for security reasons and for the next eight hours I will not be able to try resetting it again. Any suggestions?

Contact Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Produces & Services>Apple ID>iTunes Store, App Store or Mac App Store>Disabled Apple ID.
