Can't download specific apps to iPod Touch 5th gen?

I can't download apps such as Tumblr, Snapchat, YouTube, Instagram and Kik Messenger to my brand new iPod Touch 5th generation. I can download Facebook, Twitter, Messenger, Skype, Minecraft, etc but so far, not those four. Why can't I download specific apps and what do I do to fix it?
