How to see the dates pics taken in iphoto events

Is there a way WITHIN an event... to see the days the pics were taken. Other than clicking on info of each picture.

In other words, have them separated within the event by a line of days pics taken.

I feel like there is a way to do this and it is right in front of my face, but can't find it.

But maybe there is not a way?

Thanks.

Not reallty, but you can sort them in order of date and time - View Menu > Sort Photos

Ahhh... good suggestion... it works...sort of... makes the event into several untitled events by date (rather than within the event). But at least it is an option.

Thanks.

Here is a random question.... you know that arrow that shows you the direction you are moving through an event.... can you stop that thing from appearing? Kind of annoying when comparing pics back and fourth... you have to wait for it to go away to analyze the pic 😉
