Authorizing computer in iTunes 11.3

I just got a new MacBook Air (coming from Windows) and I updated to the latest version of iTunes. However, for the life of my I can't figure out how to authorize the computer to play purchased content. I have searched for the answer to this and there is no Menu -> Store -> Authorize Computer option like people suggest. I have been using iTunes for years on Windows and have never had this issue.

Is it possible that they left this option out in this latest version?
