Water in macbook pro; won't start

Water hit my macbook pro. Now it won't start. Just let it dry out?

Unplug the adapter.

If it has a removable battery, take it out.

Open the computer as far as it will open, and face the keyboard down on a towel or other absorbent clean cloth.

Let it dry out for at least a week (longer if you live in a humid climate) before trying to restart it.

No heat, no fans, just air dry.

And no guarantees. This is just a last-ditch effort.
