Two cameras on this shoot. A Canon 1Dc, which shoots its 24 fps as 23.98 fps, and Sony F55, which shoots straight 24 fps.
What happens if one is combining the two frame rates in the same project timeline? Are we going to have issues down the line? Any conversions needed BEFORE we combine them on the same timeline?
SHould be fine. You can always set one to automatic speed.

Now this is for IMAX ... that Biiiiiiiiig screen. Think it will make any difference? And I didn't know one could set 'automatic' speed. In the clip? On the timeline? I'm a little fuzzy on that. Maybe a cup of coffee will help.

IIn the timeline. Select the clips and set it in the retiming menu. Maybe make a shortcut for it. I don't think there is one.
Combining 23.98fps with 24fps?
