Playlist current song place

I have no idea what this is called, but I can find it easily on my ipod touch. So this is a two part question.

1. What is the red circled part in the picture below called? (Seriously, I've been searching for an hour now)

2. How do I find this same thing on my iPad Air? For instance, I want my iPad Air to display "32 of 154" for the current playlist/album I'm listening to.
