Nearly 2 weeks and still "Processing Items"

Okay so basically around 2 weeks ago I ordered a 27-inch iMac with a upgraded gpu. It says that it takes 2-4 days to ship.

Can someone please explain to me why it hasn't been shipped yet? The money has been taken from my account.

I will call apple tomorrow about it.
