Sorry if I'm being a bit slow with this query. I would like to know how to return emails to a hotmail account with some kind of error message. Is this possible? I can't find anything obvious.

Hi, thanks. That's simple isn't it? I was thinking I'd be setting rules etc.
If you want an auto-reply and this email is always coming from the same account you can make a rule. Choose Reply to Sender as the action (enter your error message) and choose the sender and activate the rule.
