I have a MacBook Pro retina 15" 2014 2.3 ghz with 16GB of RAM memory. My laptop crashes and restarts at least once a day. I bought it two months ago. This is the report I got just now when it crashed for the third time today:

The warranty entitles you to complimentary phone support for the first 90 days of ownership.

Thank you, but I read that this only applies to the United States. I live between Morocco and Saudi Arabia and I already went to an Apple authorized dealer in Saudi Arabia for a problem I had with my previous MacBook Pro, and they told him I had to ship it to the US to get repaired, nothing they could do in the country. It's why I have the new retina model, just didn't expect a daily crash. I just hope someone can look at the report and conclude what's wrong with the laptop. I suspected the RAM but the Memory Module parts of the report don't show an error there. So I'm not sure what's wrong.

I would get the 3-year extended warranty if it meant a direct support line but so far it's not activated where I live.

The problem seems to be caused by a hardware fault and should be covered by the warranty.
