Please help us help you. You have told us nothing about the Apple product your wish to restore.

• It is a Mac Computer? If so what model and sub-model, and what version of the Mac OS is it running?
• Is it an Apple mobile device (iPhone; iPad; IPod) and what version of iOS is installed?
• Is it a AppleTV?
