I tried to update my macbook pro os x, but it won't let me update, no one never download apps or anything on their apple id, only me... how can i update my software?

Why won't it let you update? What version of OS X are you trying update?
well I got 5 to need update on my app store, then they said.. "These apps were already assigned to your Apple ID and are available in your Purchases list." then it said.. "This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled."...
You are trying to re-download previously purchased apps, so in App Store click on the Purchases icon in the toolbar. Locate the apps you want to re-download and click on the Download buttons on the right side. Mac App Store- Hiding and unhiding purchases will help you if you don't see them listed on your Purchases page.
The other item was purchased using a different Apple ID; not yours. Either you need that Apple ID and password or you will have to purchase the item using your Apple ID and password,
