I can pair my bluetooth device but no sound comes over the speaker...??
I dropped my phone and did a factory restart last week. I'm able to pair Bluetooth devices but no sound will come over any device...???

If you are having issues with the bluetooth please follow the troubleshooting steps in the attached article. You have already done a good job restarting the device but I would make sure to complete the other steps listed in the article.
