Whatsapp frozen!!!! (reseted, changed DNS & reseted network settings)

Hi,

I plugged in my phone on my macbook for the first time in couple months.

I have always been backup my phone through iCloud so I stopped backing up through computers.

Then the problem happened, the whatsapp app started to update itself.

It's supposed to be completely normal, but there was no update available..

The wifi connection have been pretty bad since some idiot in my house unplugged the router this morning.

I tried using my cellular data to install it, but it doesn't react when I touch it neither does the X appear when the apps were wiggling..

But I can open whatsapp through app store.. just not through home page..

I have tried to restart my phone, changing my wifi DNS to 8.8.8.8, reset my network settings..

Please suggest something other than that..Much appreciated..😐

FYI, I am using iPhone 5S, just updated to iOS7.1.2 on thursday.
