Wrong debit of money from my credit card on downloading free apps from App Store

Why apple have debit my newly added credit card of HDFC with rupees 60 twice (total 120 Indian rupees ) while downloading two free apps from App Store about flight detail like free sky scanner app and free Expedia app , I have received text messages about this too , please specify me about this and remit my money and back my money back into my account please . . , either I have to complain to higher authorities

If that is roughly $1.00 USD per app, then it's just a test charge to assure the card is valid. The amount will be reimbursed to your card later as a credit.
