Hi,
My Iphone has been restored and i keep getting a message on the phone saying "Device Unknown" this is after i click the country i live in. On itunes it keeps saying "There is a problem with your iphone"
I have tried restoring it a few times and i still get the same message.
I have also tried to downgrade the software to IOS 6. something
but i just keep getting an error message
How are you attempting to downgrade to iOS 6?
i have downloaded from here - http://www.redmondpie.com/download-ios-6.1.3-final-for-iphone-ipad-ipod-touch-di rect-links/ and scrolled down and chose "iphone 4s
so have have you jailbroken your iPhone? Sounds like it.
Put it in DFU mode (Google it) and Restore it as a new iPhone. Apple does not support rolling back the OS.
the iphone hasn't been jailbroken, i am restoring it in dfu mode now i'll let you know what happens
it hasn't worked its still doing it
Try it on another computer, if that does not work you will need to get it serviced.
