Uninstalled Operating system. Still have playlists on ipod.

I uninstalled my Windows operating system from my PC. I did back up my files first. But not my individual playlists it seems. I thought they would back up automatically. I have transferred my library back to Itunes but playlists don't exist. Just 1000 songs under the Purchased. Is there any way of importing those from either my iphone or ipod into Itunes without recreating new playlists?

I still have all my playlists on my ipod but cant change or adjust them until I figure this out ahhh.
