Can I use Thunderbolt, HDMI, and USB Video?

I am planning on buying a Mac Mini and switching from Windows to OSX. I was wondering if you could use the displays in the following way.

HDMI PORT ---- HDMI to DVI Cable ---> Monitor 1

Thunderbolt -- DP to VGA Cable ----> Monitor 2

USB to VGA --- VGA Cable ---> Monitor 3

Would a config like this work? I'm hoping all the displays could work independently (i.e no mirroring)
