Movie Problem

I have recently purchased a film that I wanted to watch this evening, and when I click to play it, it will not start and the screen when I try to fast forward is completely black. Also, for some reason it says I purchased this film twice, when I know I only purchased it once. Is there a way for me to get reimbursed? AND how do I get this movie to play? I have Windows 7.
