unable to manage my storage! please help i think im being hacked.

Please help, my iPhone is not giving me administrative rights. my iCloud button is there but isn't highlighted. and when I go to manage the storage. its the same. says that " iCloud storage details are currently unavailable. try again later.

If you are saying that you can't get into your iCloud settings because it is grayed out and unresponsive, go to Settings>General>Restrictions>Accounts (near the bottom) and set it to Allow Changes. That will give you access to your iCloud settings again.
