My new ipod has been asking me to log in to my apple account. When I do, using the correct passwrod, as it tells me when my password is incorrect, the ipod immediately asks me to do it again. I can't do anything on the thing. Why is it doing this and how do I stop it?

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If this is your iCloud account go to www.icloud.com and login there. This will verify that you are using the correct password or not.
