Is there a way to turn off the video stabilization on the iPhone 5S?

After the iOS update 7.1.2 my video recording was shaky. Before I would press record and go without any issues. Ever since the 7.1.2 update the video quality is shaky and doesn't appear stable after reviewing footage recorded. Is there a quick fix for this or better yet, a way to simply turn off the stabilization? Thank you for your time.
