How to change iCloud id without previous id password

my daughter have someone to set up her Ipad mini when I first time bought For her. Now while I am using it, just found that all are her friend's Id. I have reset everything and manage to change the iTunes Id but not the iCloud's. What should we do. My daughter no longer contact with her friend.
