Pass stopping me change region.

I have recently moved from the UK to Australia. I wish to change my region but have been waiting for a season pass i purchased in the UK to complete. I have downloaded the last episode of the season but on my iTunes profile it still says I have one pass active. This is stopping me changing my region. Is anyone aware of how long this takes to clear or an easy fix?
