Got a issue with Apple customer service: My macbookair is broken, and no one can gives me a valuable reason. They asked me 400 euros to repair it whereas I didnt break it. Besides, they dont judje usefull to be pleasant with me: My computer is 2.5 years old and they told me they were not a charity brand! IM SO DISAPPOINTED about this brand that makes us believe they are much better than the others. Eventually, Im using my old HP, and this one is working!!!! THANK YOU APPLE

If the warranty is expired, yes, you'll have to pay for repairs. True for almost any manufacturer.
