Apple ID on both PC and IPad

Hello All

When I first got my IPad Air a few months ago I set up my Apple ID using my PC.

Now I would like to do stuff like see my account, change things etc using my IPad but

I can't seem to do this on my Ipad as when I log onto Itunes on my IPad, my ID is not displayed.

(Unless I am not doing it right)

How can I rectify this? Can I set up my ID again on my IPad?

Is there any other way of importing it to my IPad?
