i've this problem:

itunes recognises my iPhone and i can start to restore.
But while it runs, Iphone gets bluescreen and itunes says: error #14.
Maybe someone knows about this and schould help me.

i had the exact same issue with iphone 5.
1. when the bluescreen shows up, hold down the home and on/off button until the phone reboots.
2. close and reopen itunes.
3. follow on screen instructions to restore iphone
4. continue from step 1
I did this 10 times in a row, and I finally got my phone restored.
I think this is some issue with multiple cores/threads.
