Security questions

I Have recently brought an iTunes voucher but when I try to buy an app it tells me that I have to complete the security questions.

The questions that it shows are not the questions that I chose and I do not know the answer. I have read about the solutions for this problem but it doesn't not have the link for help underneath the questions when I'm managing my account. It also won't give me the chose to add a recovery email.

Please help me since I don't want to waste the money that I have already spent.
