Why apple? Why can't you make bug reports available?

What is wrong with Apple? Why is it that I can report a bug directly from my phone or even on their website? Why have none of these questions been getting answered in this forum except for that one? I hope someone with management power sees this and realizes Apples serious lack in being able to support
