I can not install matlab on my macbook

Hi,

My MAC OS X version is 10.9.4.

Its a 2.9GHz Intel Core i7 processor.

I tried to install Matlab 2013b for my macbook.

When I double click the installer, it pops up and then vanishes in an instance.

I cleared the console log files and started the installer again-still I could not install it on my Mac.

Please guide-Its kindaa urgent
