lost iphone 5s
My mum lost her iphone ,and I tried find her iphone. The thief steal the phone and shut it off . what should we do?Please help us , many thanks!!
First you need to report the theft to the police. Then change all passwords associated with accounts on the iPhone. Contact the cell service carrier in case they offer blacklisting which will make the iPhone inoperable.
For Find My Phone to work you must have turned on Settings > iCloud > Find My and the iPhone must be turned on and it must be connected to the internet. Otherwise there is no way to track it.
