ISO 7 blocked Iphone 4

Having updated my iphone 4 (as requested by apple) my iphone is now blocked.

I have a permanent black screen with the apple and the download line is incomplete?

I can not turn it off or anything.

Any ideas?

Thanks Peter for the info.

I did manage to find the solution and all is well.

My iphone had been revived with no after effects.

Simply forced it to turn off and it restarted on its own as if nothing had happened.

Phew!! 😉
