Wrong location

The Current Location on my iPhone 5s is always wrong when I'm inside. It doesn't matter if wifi is on or off. The phone shows I'm in Vermont. I live in Central New York. If I'm outside, the location is usually right.

My 3rd generation iPad gets my location right, regardless of where I am.

iPhone uses Sprint; iPad, Verizon.
