i have created an apple id for my iphone from a friend and when i put it in its saying its wrong i put it in right aswell as the password help asap

i have recently bought an iphone 4s from a friend i have created a new apple id accout and it is saying it is wrong and i put it in correctly and the password correctly help me ASAP
