keyboard shortcuts for visually disabled

hi,

i have a friend who is visually disabled.

He has a tool on his windows pc wich read every selection or pop-up or whatever.
The problem is the following : he can open itunes which starts up in the "music" section. From there he can jump with F6 to the artist list. And there we have a problem. WIth the following F6 he starts the first song of the first album for this artist.

Is there a way to select first an album for the selected artist (or to jump from one album to another for the same artist) with a keyboard shortcut.

We tried for hours and hours but we did not succeed.

Hope someone can help us out.

In case you haven't found it already see iTunes 11 for Windows: Keyboard shortcuts

The best display mode might be the column browser (CTRL+SHIFT+B) with just Artists and Albums displayed. You can use F6 to move the focus to the Artists column, then up/down arrows, page up/down, or initial letters to move around that list. F6 again will move to the Albums column where the same shortcuts work. F6 will move the focus to the song list though it isn't immediately visible, but pressing the down arrow will highlight the first song, repeat to start playback from a different song. Pressing enter will start it playing.

Perfect. It works. I had a little bit of trouble because the option "column browser" was greyed out but that was because you have to select "songs" underneath the apple logo.

Thank you very very much. (also for the quick reaction)

My friend will be happy and his world becomes a little bit wider !

Ah yes, I meant to say you need to select the Songs or other list based view first.
