did apple have "Live Chat"

I did found out from my friend that apple have a "Live Chat" support to answer any technical question. Is it true?

The only way to turn off backup encryption is with the password that was entered, or wipe the device and start from scratch. The setting is stored on the device itself. The password might be blank, or any computer, Apple ID, or wi-fi password or device PIN that you've used in the past, working from the assumption that if you didn't purposefully enter an encryption password then you might have activated it inadvertently and then responded with a current password that you thought you were being asked for.

There is software that can apparently break the encryption password by brute force but I've no idea which of these products works or represents good value for money.

You can also backup your device to iCloud, then later restore from it. It isn't clear if this process removes the encryption lock when backing up to iTunes, but it is perhaps unlikely.

This isn't 'live chat', these are user-to-user forums.

Where are the contacts stored ? If on your iCloud account (e.g. the account logged into Settings > iCloud on your device) then is your daughter using the same iCloud account on her phone ? Or are they stored on the same email account (Settings > Mail) that you both have set up on your devices ?
