How do I delete apps from my iCloud

I have some old apps that I downloaded from my iPhone4s. I now have a iPhone 5c and I want to get rid of apps that are still in my cloud.

Apps are not stored in iCloud, merely remembered in your purchase history. You cannot delete them from there.

Just as an FYI, although they don't use any of your iCloud storage, if you don't want to see the apps on your purchased list, you can hide them in iTunes on your computer (as mentioned here: iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases) and they will no longer appear.
