Not Receiving Text Messages Correctly

I have an iPhone 5, and recently text messages that have to be split up into multiple messages aren't coming through. I'll get the first half of the message, but then I never get the second part, and the message just cuts off. I have Verizon and they replaced the SIM card, but nothing fixed. I've tried doing a factory reset on the phone and it still doesn't work. It happens with multiple carriers too, not just one. Has anyone else experienced this, or know of anything else to try?
