MacBook Pro 2012 13" Audio Port Part Number

My mid 2012 13" MBP's headphone jack/audio output isn't working anymore because one of the microswitches is bent/pushed in too far. I'm hoping that I can find a service provider who can desolder the jack and solder on a new one -- how feasible is that? Is there a part number for the headphone jack, so I could find a replacement somewhere? I'd really rather not replace the whole logic board, and the headphone to USB option is starting to annoy me.

Also, if any of you are in the Houston area -- are there any computer repair techs who can do this soldering job for me?
