mid 2010 15" 1 of 2 usb ports not working

I have a mid-2010 MacBook Pro 15". I seems that one of the two USB ports is not working. When I connect a usb peripheral to the dead one, nothing happens. When I switch to the other port, the peripheral works. Here is a device report I ran under "System Information" - USB. Is this an easy fix or do I need to bring it in to Apple?

Thanks!
