I have an ipad3 in another city but want to access new songs on my ipad to save
to my pc, windows 7.
II'm sorry, but it don't get the correlation between having an iPad in another city and wanting to save songs to your PC. If you downloaded the songs from iTunes on the iPad, but you do not have the iPad with you, you can still download the songs to the PC for free - assuming that it is in your possession - as long as you use the same Apple ID that you used to buy the songs with.
