I bought iCloud storage on my iPhone, it tells me on my Mac I have no more storage. Do I have to buy storage for my iPhone, Mac and Ipad individually?

I bought more iCloud storage on my iPhone but my Mac and Ipad say I have no more storage. Do you have to buy more storage for each device individually?

If you're using the same Apple ID, your iCloud storage upgrade will be reflected on each device, but doesn't add to the capacity of the internal drives.
