How do I get rid of this VPN blocker?

I downloaded a VPN blocker in order to watch a foreign movie that a friend recommended, and then I uninstalled it. Now I keep getting this error message when searching for VPN blockers in order to fix the problem! The requested URL /2009/07/09/top-5-free-vpn-clients/ was not found on this server. What is going on, and how do I fix it?
