When I swipe an alert on lock screen and enter my passcode, I am no longer taken to the app giving me the alert. It use to work, but now after swiping the alert and unlocking the screen, I am taken to whatever app I used last.
I have already tried a reset by holding the power and home button at the same time. Any other suggestions?
AAre you swiping directly on the alert and are you swiping quickly enough meaning before the alert is almost ready to disappear? If I swipe at the bottom where the normal swipe to unlock setting is, it doesn't take me to the app from which the alert came. If I swipe across the alert itself, that takes me to the app.
Yes, I am swiping on the alert. I do this on my iPhone as well, and it takes me to the app.
