top row of keys & numbers not working

Hi, It started with the pointer being stuck in the top left corner for awhile and then the keyboard just didn't work, no keys were typing, and now the top row of keys and the number keys are not working correctly. When I press a letter from the top row, the letter shows up but also with its corresponding number and visa versa.

So I am getting this: w2hy6 i8snt5 my6 ke3y6bo9ar4d w2o9r4ki8ng?W@?W@

What can I do to try and fix this? Any ideas?
